Summary: They've finally left Midgar, and Aerith is finding it hard. Also, Zack hears from an old friend.

They were three hours out of Midgar, sitting on the train to Junon. They didn't have a private car, but most of the other passengers had taken one look at their group and decided to sit elsewhere.

Summary: If they want to get out of Shinra Tower, they need to win the battle against Jenova Dreamweaver, and Tifa's had enough of being left in the back.

Story summary: Cloud did join Shinra, but there he stopped. He did his tour and got out. Once discharged, he moved under the plate, earning gil by doing odd jobs and monster hunting in the wastes around Midgar. On this particular day, it wasn't a monster he found, but a shot-to-hell SOLDIER who wasn't quite dead.

A story of building a new life, gaining new friends, and a past that isn't quite done.

Shinra's Deep Secret
